The Role of the Solution Sales Executive
The candidate will be working under the Business Development team. The candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workplace: Docs, Slides, Sheets. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines. Have strong organizational skills, a supportive team player and yet confident to work under own initiative. The candidate will have strong attention to detail and be receptive to guidance and feedback.
Responsibilities of Solution Sales Executive
- Provide assistance with Business Development Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Help to identify potential clients and develop leads
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop effective sales presentations and proposals
- Support Business Development Manager in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Demonstrating and presenting services and products.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling
- Receive calls and inquiries from inbound leads
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Support management by preparing reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Requirements of Solution Sales Executive
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A passionate mind to learn and explore
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Burmese.
- Competency in G Suite tools including Gmail, Drive and Docs etc.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
