The Role of the Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer who will be able to be a team of artistic people and coordinate resources in an effort to create a unique ad campaign with the target audience in mind. Junior Graphic Designer will meet with internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives, research current trends and the target demographic, and design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of an ad campaign, from the initial planning stages until the finished campaign is presented to the client or company.
Responsibilities of Graphic Designers:
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
- Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
- Pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Take on special design tasks (e.g., color correction)
- Use feedback from other designers to improve
- Design layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces
- Present design concepts to clients or art directors Incorporate changes recommended by clients
- or art directors into final designs
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
Requirements of Graphic Designers:
- Up to one year of experience as a Designer with a supporting portfolio, more education,
- or industry-specific knowledge may be required.
- A Graphic Design qualification or similar.
- Up to one year of experience as a Designer
- Experience with design software (e.g., In Vision) and graphics editing tools (e.g., Photoshop)
- Familiarity with design techniques (e.g., prototyping)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
- Teamwork skills, time management and multitasking abilities, Creativity skills and
- problem-solving aptitude
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Aesthetic skills. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
