The Role of the Account Manager
Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. The Account Manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build strong relationship with clients.
Responsibilities of Account Manager
- Involving in pitching & pitching preparation Act as the main liaison between the agency and assigned clients for managing.
- Supporting client activity in the realm of PR, social, digital & influencer engagement based on projects
- Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical departments, to execute and optimize for IMC campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyze data, prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to maximize ROI and meet clients’ KPIs.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on campaign progress, performance metrics, and insights to clients. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
- Responsible to build, train, manage and retain your team of integrated communications professionals within the company.
Requirements of Account Manager
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in a PR/Digital/Creative related field, managing both external accounts and an internal team.
- Experience consulting brands in public relations, digital communications, or brand strategy.
- Have good English & Burmese speaking and writing skills
- comfortable working in a young & dynamic working culture.
- Highly organized, curious, creative, and trend-catching, and having a good reputation.
