The Solution
B360 implemented a customized HubSpot Sales Hub solution to meet Success Admissions Center’s growing operational demands. The goal was to streamline lead management, reduce manual work, and improve communication with students and parents through a centralized platform.

1. Centralized Data Management
All lead data, including students and parents, was imported from Google Sheets into HubSpot CRM. The contact record form was customized using custom properties aligned with the services offered by Success Admissions Center. By combining structured data imports, list segmentation, and contact filtering, this setup enabled accurate and organized data management, making it easy to segment leads and customers for personalized follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
2. Structured Sales Process
Multiple deal pipelines were built to reflect the different services offered. These pipelines were aligned with the sales process from initial inquiry to closed deals and upselling. A product library was also created with services and pricing to support consistent invoicing.
3. Enhanced Lead Capture and Engagement
Customized student inquiry forms and landing pages were created to improve lead capture and student data collection. Chatbots were created for the website and Facebook Messenger to handle real-time inquiries efficiently. Additionally, Facebook Messenger and the admissions team’s email were connected to the HubSpot Conversations Inbox, centralizing all communication in one place.
4. Custom Dashboards and Reporting
Dashboards were created to monitor student data, deal progress, payment information, and website analytics. These dashboards provided the team with clear, real-time insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.

5. Team Training and Enablement
We delivered comprehensive training to the Success Admissions Center team. The team was equipped to manage student and parent data effectively and apply personalized nurturing strategies.
