Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client contact for brand direction and strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Gather client briefings and coordinate team debrief sessions.
- Ensure timely communication and deliver key documents to the Account Manager.
- Manage client communication channels across ATL and BTL.
- Align on performance metrics and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and achieve goals.
- Monitor marketing channel performance and prepare insightful reports.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing activities and events.
- Coordinate with teams to produce ROI reports for campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams on project requirements.
- Support international award submissions.
- Demonstrate accountability and contribute to company growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Account Executive Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of account management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in process development and management.
- Results-oriented with an operational mindset.
- Thrives in dynamic, challenging environments.
- Experience in multicultural team management within high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English.
